Refunds and exchange
We thank you for shopping at www.minxlingerie.com.au and hope you enjoy your purchases. We do understand that sometimes our products may not suit your needs and you may need to exchange them for a different size or style or need a refund of your money. We are happy to exchange your items for an alternate size or style, for a voucher to the amount of the items purchased or refund the money at your request.
Exchanges
Please ensure you contact us via email at minxlm@bigpond.com within 7 days of your purchase if you need to exchange the product and return the item to us within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that we are not able to refund you for the cost of postage. We must receive your items in unworn, original condition as specified below:
- Garment tags attached.
- Items must not have been worn, washed, altered or damaged in any way.
- Unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on adhesive bras and accessories.
Refunds
If for some reason the products you have purchased at www.minxlingerie.com.au do not fulfill your needs, we are able to refund you for the value of the items you have purchased. Please note that we are not able to refund you for the cost of postage. Faulty products
Should any item that you purchase from www.minxlingerie.com.au be faulty, we are happy to replace the item or if this is not possible provide you with a full refund for the item. Upon receiving your returned/faulty item we will inspect it and as long as it is deemed faulty and has not been tampered with, we will give you a replacement item. Should a replacement item not be available we will refund you for the value of the item and postage costs.
