How to measure yourself:
Completing measurements can guide you as to what size bra to buy. When completing measurements of the bust area, it is best to remove your clothing and wear a non padded bra.
To find your under bust measurement, place the tape directly under the bra band and measure around your ribcage, hold the measure tape firmly and ensure the tape is level at the back and front. Use the table below to determine your under bust size using either inches or centimetres.

To find your cup size, place the tape over the fullest part of the bust and ensure that the back and the front of the tape are level. The difference between your under bust and cup measurement will determine your cup size using the table below:

The best way to find the size of your wife, girlfriend or partner is to find a bra or style of intimate apparel that they have worn recently. Have a look in their underwear draw, on the washing line or laundry basket. Clothing size can be a guide for intimate apparel sizes and for the under bust measurement of a bra.
